Sizing & Fit
Is your harness suitable for my dog?
Yes, our harness is designed to fit dogs of all shapes and sizes, from cavapoos to big dalmatians. Use our sizing guide to find the right size based on your dog’s chest girth.
My dog is between two sizes, what should I do?
Go for the smaller size. Our harnesses adjust generously upward but won’t cinch smaller than their minimum. If you’re really not sure, email us your dog’s measurements and a photo from the front and side and we’ll pick for you.
Will the harness rub against my dog’s fur?
No. The harness has soft, breathable anti-chafing padding all the way around. It pops on over the head and adjusts at the belly and the neck.
How do I measure my dog?
Two measurements: chest girth (widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs), neck girth (the widest part of the lower neck). Loose enough to slide two fingers underneath. Full guide here.

Which lead is best for a dog that pulls?
Our climbing rope leads. They’re made from genuine climbing rope, the same stuff climbers trust their lives to, and come with a 12kN screw-lock carabiner. Strong, soft, almost impossible to chew through.
Can I order a custom length climbing rope lead?
Our climbing ropes can be ordered in a custom length. Drop us an email at [email protected] with your dog’s name, the length you need, and the colour you’d like. We hand-make these in our Liverpool workshop, so allow an extra 3-5 days. Note: custom-length leads can’t be returned.
What’s the free collar offer?

Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Tracked delivery takes 1–2 working days. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 1pm Mon–Fri ship the same day.
When is shipping free?
Free standard delivery on UK orders over £59. See our shipping page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Cost depends on destination, shown at checkout. Customs and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
When you opt for tracked delivery you’ll get a tracking link by email once your order is posted. If you haven’t received this drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send you the link.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, free of hair and dirt, with original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and full address to start a return. Full policy on our shipping & returns page.
How long do refunds take?
3-5 working days from us receiving the item, back to your original payment method.
Payment & business
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Pay all at once or split it, completely up to you.
