Our climbing rope leads are the best leads for dogs that pull. We (and many climbers) trust it with our lives – it’s the safest lead you can get! All our climbing rope leads come with a 12kN screw-lock carabiner for extra safety.

Yes absolutely, depending on availability we can make any length required on all our rope leads (Climbing Rope and PPM) as they are handmade in our Pawshtails workshop. Drop us an email at [email protected] with all your requirements and we’ll be back in touch.

For our puppies under 16 weeks our Natural Training Treats, Olive Wood Chews and Veggie Healthy Bites are ideal. If your puppy is over 16 weeks all our treats are suitable for your four-legged friend!

Our harness is suitable for all dog breeds of all shapes and sizes. We would recommend using our measurement guide below.

Simply measure the girth around the broadest part of your dog’s chest and neck and use the sizing chart below. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend choosing a smaller size.

If unsure please add your doggos measurements in the notes section at the checkout and we will try our best to help you with your decision.

Our harness has soft and breathable anti-chafing padding which will give your dog a snug fit around his/her whole body. Simply pop it over your dogs head (no stepping in required), adjust the straps either side and close the buckles.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Paypal payments as well as Klarna and ClearPay.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund the products returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must be free of hair and dirt as well as include original packaging and labels.

• We do not offer returns or refunds on customised products.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We send 99% of our parcels with Royal Mail. Our Standard Delivery takes 3-5 days to arrive whereas our tracked service is 1-3 working days. In some instances, the above times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, these delays (if any) are out of our control. Please allow 7 working days to pass before reaching out to us if you have not received your parcel.

We do on occasion use DPD, Yodel or UPS to deliver, these tend to be for larger orders. If you would like to track your order simply reply to your order confirmation and we’ll send you an update.

While we strive for timely delivery, external delivery services may experience unforeseen delays beyond our control.
