Orders are generally processed within one business day – customised order may take up to 7 days during busy periods.
We deliver via Royal Mail or other couriers at our discretion and require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as deliveries may require a signature.
For orders shipped within the UK, we charge £2.99 and will be delivered between 1-3 days. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland.
Orders to countries within the EU are charged at £8.99. Delivery may take up to 10 days and may not be tracked once the order leaves the UK.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU these are charged at £13.99. They may take up to 20 days to be delivered and may not be tracked once the order leaves the UK.
We hope you’ll be delighted with your new Pawshtails products but if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must be free of hair and dirt as well as include original packaging.
If you have purchased a Pawshtails item from one of our retailers and not from pawshtails.com, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
We recommend carefully trying on your new Pawshtails products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
You are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of receipt, and refunds will be paid within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned goods. We take proof of postage as sufficient evidence of returning goods, so make sure the item is ‘signed for’ or ‘recorded’ when arranging a return.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer return/refunds on custom orders.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return, simply post your unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition:

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
Please include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice number and your Authorised Return Number.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps above and reorder for a replacement.
Pawshtails guarantees all products at the time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects. This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you experience a problem with a product purchased from one of our suppliers please return the item to the original place of purchase.
